US Federal Agencies Follow the Chinese Proverb “KAIZEN” in their Web Designs
The ongoing economic crises between the two powerful nations; USA
and China had created what is called the US-China rivalry. This war is based on
the trade differences between the two countries.
The war between the two countries is not a recent occurrence, it
has been going for years and elevated since recent times when trump placed the
trade barriers.
Although the country has been in war with China, it doesn’t stop
them from adopting the famous proverb “KAIZEN” that belongs to the Chinese
culture.
What does KAIZEN mean?
KAIZEN is a Chinese term that means ‘Continuous Improvement.’ It
refers that in any business it is important to continually make improvements in
the functions and employees. KAIZEN is essential for success, increasing the profitability and efficacy of any business.
KAIZEN is the policy on which Toyota operates. It ensures that
all the product of Toyota is always subjected to improvement according to the
demands of the customers.

guidelines provided to the agencies and it is their responsibility to ensure
that these are applied in the web designs.

these guidelines are to be followed like the rules of baseball. However, he
also said that there is no stringency that all the websites must look alike
but rather have the flexibility to adapt according to the specifications of the
agency.
This web designing guideline has been used by more than 40
agencies. Two of which are the department of homeland security and the
department of human and health services. It has helped in creating an emergency
preparedness website for disastrous situations and a Stopbullying.gov website
for human and health services.
Ammie Farraj, the head of GSA has proudly announced that this web
designing update has received 14 billion sessions and more than 38 billion page
views. Farraj further said that the
government agencies are now meet the customer expectations created by the
